Executive Chef Carlito Arredondo started The Cultured Kitchen Organic Catering in the spring of 2009, with a vision of creating the Sacramento valley's finest catering service. Born in Dallas, Texas He integrates his incite of Southern cooking along with his passion for healthy eating. Trained at Le Cordon Blue California Culinary in San Francisco, and the Napa Valley Cooking School specializing in wine pairing. Arredondo infuses every dish he creates with his extensive knowledge and passion for perfection. 

Chef Arredondo started his career as a Chef for the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco. Once word of his tasty signature dishes got out, offers from many well-known restaurants landed on his plate. He spent years working as Sous Chef for The Hyatt Hotel San Francisco and along with The Raddison Hotel and The Sheraton Hotel.

In 1998, Chef Arredondo branched off to found Mazuma Catering of San Francisco. For years he catered to many large clients, weddings and corporate businesses, including Macy's, Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrum's.

Chef Arredondo started to provide personal chef services to many stars and celebrities. His most recent personal client being Mark Cuban. Owner of the Dallas Mavericks and billionaire entrepreneur.

Upon founding The Cultured Kitchen Organic Catering in the spring of 2009, he vowed to only use the finest organic ingredients, and prepare each dish with an infusion, passion and creativity.
